What's The Reason Behind SBCGlobal Email Not Getting Integrated With BlackBerry Devices?

When it comes to business phones, there is no company that beats BlackBerry. Though, BlackBerry’s market has dwindled in the past few years, yet there are many loyal customers of the company who won’t switch to any other brand expect BlackBerry. They feel so great using BlackBerry devices, especially the UI, which is versatile and quite easy to use. Using email services on BlackBerry smartphones is fun, as BlackBerry offers quick and highly secure platform. Now, people are not being able to integrate SBC Global Yahoo email on BlackBerry phones, and we are going to discuss this particular issue in this blog post.

Emails work like a charm on BlackBerry smartphones. It doesn’t matter which email service you want to use, it will work seamlessly on BlackBerry smartphones. But, in the recent times, when people tried to integrate SBCGlobal net login on BlackBerry phones, they come across any error. 


The message that they receive on their smartphone’s screen is as follows :


Either the email address or password is invalid. You have to verify your email address and password. If the error doesn’t gets rectified, then log onto SBC Yahoo login Mail. 

When they try the same process on BlackBerry smartphones with Android OS, BlackBerry PlayBook or BlackBerry 10 phones, they come across a message, which is as follows :


Unable to find connection related info, so please use advanced setup.

OR

Either the login information has been changed or incorrect. Please update login information and try again later.

OR

Not able to authenticate account, please update SBCglobal Net Email Settings and try again later.

We have discussed the problem, but why this problem occurred in the first place is still not known. So, let us discuss the causes for an email service not being able to integrate with BlackBerry phones.



First Cause : Information that is added to log into SBC email ID is incorrect.

Solution : Log into email account and verify login info.

Second Cause : SBCGlobal email login account is not active. This issue occurs when the email account has not been used for past few months.

Solution : You have to active your email account. 

Third Cause : CAPTCHA challenge not working in SBCGlobal email account.

Solution : Clear CAPTCHA challenge by logging into your SBCGlobal email account.

Fourth Cause : SBCGlobal net email ID is using an authentication token, which has expired.

Solution : Change the password of your SBCGlobal email ID and after that, wait for a few minutes prior to trying to integrate SBCGlobal email account again.

Fifth Cause : Inappropriate user’s age to access SBCGlobal email account.

Solution : You have to update your email profile and check whether you have entered the right birthdate or not.

Sixth Cause : Second sign-in verification has been enabled.

Solution :

1.       Log into SBCGlobal account.
2.       Choose ‘settings’ option and after that, choose ‘account’ info.
3.       Choose ‘app password’ followed by creating new password for the application.
4.       Choose ‘create password’ option, followed by integrating your SBCGlobal email ID with BlackBerry phone using application password.

Seventh Cause : Verification code needed to authenticate the email service, as it will go toward a ‘password free’ mode.

Solution :

1.       Open BlackBerry web browser.
2.       Go to Mail.Yahoo.com.
3.       Login to your SBCGlobal email account.
4.       Select the method through which you wish to verify the code.
5.       Add the code in the right box once you receive it.
6.       Reintegrate your email account on your smartphone using standard integration procedure.

Eighth Cause : Yahoo not sure about the app, thus not allowing access to it.

Solution :

1.       First three steps are same as that of seventh cause. Let us discuss further steps.
2.       Open ‘account security’ settings.
3.       Choose ‘allow apps that don’t need a secure sign-in’ option.
4.       Deselect that app that you no longer want to access.
