There are two standard email accounts that will be included in your hosting package, these are; Internet
Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Post Office Protocol (POP3).
An IMAP email account is going to make sure that all your emails
on the Spectrum Business Server provide you with the ability to access your
emails from multiple devices.
Whereas in a POP3 email
account, the emails get downloaded automatically from Spectrum Business Server
to your Charter email account. This means
you can access your email from only a single device.
